Founder & Chief Brand Enthusiast
With 25 years of high-level experience in branding, marketing, and advertising, Kate brings proven expertise working with Fortune 100 companies, Interbrand Global 100, and some of the world’s top agencies. She specializes in launching and re-launching brands at every stage — from securing internal buy-in to shaping how the brand looks, feels, and sounds, all the way through to exciting go-to-market execution.
Kate began her career in NYC as an agency creative and brand leader before settling in Orlando with her husband Geoff and their kids Jack and Ellie. Seven years ago, she started Brandscape because she thrives on fresh challenges, loves mentoring marketing leaders, and believes in building brands that truly connect.

Principal Designer & Brand Alchemist
Erica brings 12+ years of brand marketing experience combined with a unique mix of art and science. Before earning her master’s degree in Graphic Design, she spent the first half of her career producing one-of-a-kind live brand experiences for Fortune 500 companies, helping them create meaningful connections through events. Now, she uses that deep understanding of consumer behavior to inform every pixel and strategy she designs.
Erica lives in Philadelphia and when she isn’t working, she’s a travel enthusiast, live music junkie, arts & crafts mastermind, culinary experimenter, outdoor activity fanatic, and the occasional couch potato.
